Eclipse is a Picton Spirit 3000. 26 were built by Roger Clark Marine, making her a very rare example. She is fitted with a pair of Volvo Penta AD41B Diesel Engines on Volvo 290 duo-prop drives.

Layout and Features

The layout of the boat is exceptionally large for her size. She boasts:

• 2 double aft berths
• A horseshoe sofa in the bow that converts to another double
• A dinette on the port side that can convert to another double

On the starboard side, there is a fully fitted galley with:

• 3 burner gas hob
• Gas oven and grill
• Sink with drainer
• Hot and cold pressured water
• Fridge with freezer

The heads compartment is fitted with:

• Electric toilet
• Hot and cold shower
• Sink and vanity unit with pressurised hot and cold running water

The hot water is heated by either the starboard engine or the 240 volt ring main. There are also various sockets throughout the boat.

Heating and Interior

Eclipse is fitted with Eberspacher D4 air blown heating. The whole interior has been completely refurbished, including:

• All woodwork
• Headlining panels
• Carpets
• Cushions exactly to factory spec

The cockpit has ample seating, which has also been completely refreshed, along with new cockpit carpet fitted.

Maintenance and Performance

The vessel has recently been out of the water for:

• Antifouling
• New zinc anodes fitted
• Full drive service

The hull and topsides were both machine polished. The engines have just been serviced, which included:

• Oils
• Filters
• Coolant
• Impellers

She cruises comfortably at 23 knots at 3000 rpm and reaches a top speed of around 30 knots, depending on fuel, water, and the number of passengers on board. This boat is in beautiful condition and is ready to use.
