Amirra is a 1984 Tradewind 35 designed by John Rock, is a well-maintained, classic cruiser built for serious, long-distance sailing. This heavy-duty yacht features new upholstery throughout and is in excellent condition. Offering six berths in two cabins, the accommodation includes a forward double cabin and a convertible saloon with a folding table. A fitted galley with a Mobilife three-burner hob, oven, grill, and refrigerator is ideal for extended voyages. The boat also has a Lavac sea toilet, holding tank, hot/cold water, and shower facilities.
Powered by a reliable Bukh 36hp diesel engine (serviced in November 2023), Amirra is equipped with a copper-coated hull, renewed in 2023, and a cutter rig with Kemp spars. The sail inventory includes a mainsail, Yankee, staysail, cruising chute, and spinnaker pole. Navigation equipment comprises a Raymarine chart plotter, autopilot, radar, and Icom VHF with a new aerial.
Safety features include two bilge pumps, a Danbuoy, searchlight, lifebuoy, and radar reflector. Deck gear includes Lewmar self-tailing winches, an electric anchor windlass, and a 200ft anchor chain. Additional comfort is provided by an immersion heater and long-distance water tanks, making this yacht perfect for extended offshore cruising. Amirra is out the the water in Wareham for the winter.
